We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Editorial Director to spearhead our content generation efforts and elevate our brand presence through innovative, organic content strategies. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and executing a comprehensive B2B content strategy across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, to engage and grow our audience.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals.

- Produce high-quality, engaging content, including articles, posts, videos, and thought leadership pieces tailored to B2B audiences.

- Create compelling visual and written content to strengthen brand messaging.

2. **Creative Direction & Planning**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate and execute creative campaigns.

- Lead the development of new content formats to diversify audience engagement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate innovative practices.

3. **Video Editing & Post Creation**:

- Edit and produce professional-quality video content for social media and other digital channels.

- Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring format compatibility and audience engagement.

4. **Content Calendar & Social Media Management**:

- Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

- Oversee the scheduling, posting, and performance tracking of content on LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Engage with the LinkedIn community by responding to comments and messages, fostering relationships with followers and key industry players.

5. **Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align content efforts with broader business goals.

- Mentor and manage freelancers, contractors, and team members contributing to content production.
• *Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B content creation and editorial management.

- Proficiency in video editing tools and graphic design platforms (e.g., Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Expertise in LinkedIn content strategy and social media management.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content performance.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
