Early Intervention Specialist Consultant (Remote, Contract, Temporary, Flexible)

Radiant Kids Therapy has an exciting opportunity for an Infant Development Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience! This is a virtual, temporary, contract, consultant position. You would participate in the development of a new Infant Development Services curriculum/program by sharing your experience and expertise with our team. All meetings and communication would be virtual; schedule is fairly flexible.

Required experience and qualifications:
• B.A. in early childhood development, education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Infant Development/Infant Education Services program that provides services to Regional Center clients (under service code 805) in California.
• Great familiarity with Infant Development Services curriculum, program and training components
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and responsiveness to email communications
• Preferred (not required): Management/Leadership experience in Infant Development/Infant Education Services a huge plus.

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the development of a brand-new program! You would share your knowledge, expertise and experience related to Regional Center-funded Infant Development Services programs, and our team would synthesize that information as part of the process of developing our new program.

Compensation: $35-50/hr., depending on experience. Higher compensation may be considered for higher degrees (M.A./M.S. or Ph.D.), management/leadership experience in Regional Center-funded Infant Development Services, or longer experience in this field. This is a temporary 1099 contractor consultant position.
