Provide confidential counseling services to employees through the Employee Assistance Program
Assess and address employees' personal and professional challenges
Maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to counseling
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each employee
Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to support employees' well-being
Collaborate with other mental health professionals and resources to provide comprehensive care for employees
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of counseling sessions and progress
Strictly adhere to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Keep up-to-date with current mental health trends and best practices
Conduct workshops, presentations, and trainings for employees on various mental health topics
Act as a liaison between Aetna and outside mental health providers to ensure seamless care for employees
