Position: IT Audit & Advisory (Sr.) Manager Description Technology Audit & Advisory Manager or Senior Manager (Tysons Corner - Hybrid) Step into a leadership role with a dynamic and collaborative professional services team! As a Technology Audit & Advisory Manager or Senior Manager, you'll help organizations navigate complex business challenges by offering essential guidance, innovative solutions, and hands-on expertise. What You’ll Do: Advise clients on how to manage risks inherent in their technology environments, helping them protect and drive enterprise value. Apply a forward-thinking approach by leveraging analytics, automation, AI, and other emerging tools and technologies. Develop your skills in the latest tech innovations, including AI-driven solutions, data governance, cloud, cybersecurity, and more. Identify technology-related risks and opportunities for increased efficiency and performance. Lead by example, fostering open communication, positive team culture, and creating professional development opportunities. Supervise, mentor, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants as you guide the completion of projects. Maintain and grow professional relationships, representing the organization in the market and assisting with business development and proposal preparation. Requirements What You Offer: Proven ability to identify business/technology risks and craft practical, high-impact solutions. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technology audit, assurance, consulting, or relevant risk/control programs in professional services or industry. Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies, internal control frameworks (such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, ITIL), and SOX technology requirements. Solid proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio and Access a plus. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or RPA is a plus.
