Responsibilities
⢠Provide administrative support by managing documents and processing data efficiently.
⢠Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
⢠Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately.
⢠Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
⢠Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows.
⢠Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices.
⢠Fluency in Dutch is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable.
⢠Experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.
⢠Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.
⢠Proficiency in common office software applications and CRM systems.
