Dual-Focused Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager - 100% Remote
We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Account Manager with experience in both Personal and Commercial Lines to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial MGA. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow while managing a diverse book of business.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow a blended Personal & Commercial Lines book of business
• Build strong client relationships with a focus on retention and new business opportunities
• Develop creative marketing strategies to attract accounts across both lines
• Evaluate risks and match clients with the right markets and solutions
• Stay ahead of market trends to provide proactive client guidance
• Handle day-to-day account servicing while driving long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of insurance experience with Personal & Commercial Lines exposure
• Valid P&C license with CE compliance
• Strong market knowledge and experience with carrier portals & agency systems required
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a team setting
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
