Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Government and Corporate Affairs Team within the careerzynith family. As a key member of this team, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on careerzynith, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell air travel on careerzynith, highlighting the benefits and features of our services
Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
Knowledge of Native SABRE
Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Knowledge of the airline industry and its operations
Fluency in multiple languages
Skills and Competencies:
