All Breed Care Dog Walking & Pet Sitting is hiring part-time daytime and evening pet sitters and dog walkers in the Six Forks Rd X Strickland Rd intersection area, Wake Forest, Bunn, and Youngsville areas. The position: • Professional dog walker with the ability to also care for cats • We are seeking daytime (7am-4pm) and evening/weekend (5pm-9pm) staff. Daytime staff can also work on weekends as an additional earning opportunity. Compensation: $15 - $25 / hour $500 - $1700 / month • Mileage reimbursement • Referral programs for new clients and new staff members The responsibilities: • Create a safe and positive walking environment for our client's dogs • Follow the client-provided care instructions including training preferences • Provide detailed and attentive care for our client's cats • Give our clients first-class customer service with a personal touch • Practice time management to ensure on-time arrivals for all assigned visits The ideal candidate: • An honest, patient, and enthusiastic candidate, who can provide our client's dogs and cats with the highest quality visits possible. The candidate should have a strong understanding of safety and time management. The candidate should enjoy an active work environment, walking independently, working outdoors regardless of weather conditions. Special consideration for candidates with evening, weekend, and holiday availability. • This is also a fun position for anyone who loves animals. Previous staff has included freelance professionals, artists, college students, stay-at-home parents, teachers, retirees, pet care professionals, and rescue volunteers/fosters. We are proud to say that most of our sitters stay for many years and develop a lasting connection with the pets they care for. We even have some sitters who have cared for the same pets for the pets' entire life! The requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Be able to submit to a background check. • You must live in one of the areas mentioned above. • Exhibit strong attention to detail. • Be a team player. • Have a valid driver's license and access to a safe, insured, reliable vehicle. • Have a willingness to learn. • For daytime candidates, you have open consistent availability 7am-4pm Monday - Friday. For evening candidates, you have open consistent availability 5pm-9pm and can help us on weekends.
