Documentation Specialist

The Documentation Specialist role involves managing documentation for claims submission and ensuring compliance with payer requirements while interacting with patients and healthcare teams.ResponsibilitiesDocumentation of Medical Necessity and Analyze documentation received to ensure medical requests are fulfilledManage retrieval of medically necessary documentation including updated prescriptions, statements of medical necessity, medical records information, and other diagnostic reports from healthcare customersResolve issues with any outstanding documentation requests defined as overdue.
