We are searching for a stimulated and skilled mid-stage software program engineer for the Experience Management enterprise for our Disney Streaming apps (Disney+, Hulu and Star+). As an engineer in this crew, you may work with a crew of friends to construct modern-day curation and enrichment gear that brings pleasant stories to hundreds of thousands of our visitors throughout the globe
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and hold our inner toolset and APIs for curation, observability and enrichment to convey pleasant stories to the visitors of D+ and Hulu
Contribute to constructing modern-day experience control structures that assist enhance engagement on our Disney Streaming platforms
Collaborate with Product and Program managers to interrupt down and enforce responsibilities for the gear
Participate in device structure evaluations that assist us construct a sustainable platform with minimum technical debt
Participate in an agile improvement surroundings and supply functions in the predicted timeframe
Foster and hold powerful conversation channels together along with your crew members
Leave structures higher than you observed them
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an associated discipline with talent in at the least one of the following languages - Java, Python, Kotlin, and/or equal work experience
Minimum of three years experience operating with React, Angular or comparable frontend technology
Minimum of three years experience operating with Java and Spring backend technology on RESTful APIs
Demonstrated achievement in being a part of a crew problem-fixing and speaking with empathy and respect
Effective conversation skills
