Responsibilities
Ā Ensure guests have 'The Best Retail Experience in the World' by providing an entertaining and magical experience.

Ā Connect with guests by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs and make appropriate suggestions.

Ā Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that offers fun and dynamic experiences for guests.

Ā Assist guests in finding solutions that best meet their needs using all available resources, including Disneystore.com.

Ā Treat all guests and cast members with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.

Ā Maintain Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual presentation, and housekeeping.

Ā Perform cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently while maintaining high guest service levels.

Ā Participate in processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and other operational tasks as needed.

Ā Uphold all company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct.

Requirements
Ā Retail/service experience preferred with a strong guest-focused engagement ability.

Ā Demonstrated success working as a member of a team.

Ā Ability to receive feedback and take appropriate action.

Ā Must maintain a professional appearance and meet Disney Store grooming guidelines.

Ā Available to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts if permitted.

Ā Must be available for a minimum of two shifts Monday through Friday and have weekend availability that meets the store's needs.

Ā Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder.

Ā Must be at least 18 years of age and able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
