What We Offer: A work environment that values collective effort and assistance Opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling Employee meals Competitive pay Key Responsibilities: • Employ the use of specialized equipment to wash and sanitize various kitchen items, including dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, and pans. • Validate that all plates, silverware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, devoid of any water stains, and stored correctly for the benefit of guests and employees. • Keep all areas of the kitchen, dining sections, restrooms, and back-of-house locations clean and sanitized. • Daily upkeep and organization of the utility space is essential. • Consistently sweep, mop, and sanitize the floors in the kitchen and utility sections to keep them hygienic. • Manage trash disposal duties and preserve the tidiness of the dumpster area and loading dock. • Undertake scheduled deep-cleaning activities as part of the routine maintenance routine. • Observe the rules enforced by the local health department and follow the safety measures outlined by the company. • Replenish Cook, Line, and Server stations with newly washed dishes, cutlery, and glassware. • Promptly inform the Manager of any problems with equipment or safety hazards that arise. • Keep up with high demand during busy hours while ensuring cleanliness is upheld. • Ensure a top-notch guest experience by keeping dishes and dining sections impeccably clean. • Aid the restaurant crew by ensuring the prompt delivery of sanitized dishware and utensils. Qualifications: • Proficient in adapting to fast-paced work atmospheres while consistently delivering on cleanliness expectations. • Showing enthusiasm for collaborative efforts and displaying a resilient work ethic. • Requires the ability to remain standing for prolonged periods and lift weights up to 50 lbs. • The position entails being accessible during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Even if you have no prior experience, training will be provided.
