Job Title – Associate Director - Director, scientific advisor, antibody discovery
Work Location – Remote/Work From Home
Job Responsibilities
Engage in consultative technical discussions with clients and ensure timely, effective communication with the WuXi Biologics technical team to drive project success and maintain high client satisfaction.
Build and maintain a strong customer network to support long‑term growth.
Contribute to technical development initiatives, including process improvements and new platform development.
Partner with marketing to shape strategy and execute sales/marketing events.
Qualifications
Doctor degree in biology or related field
Hands on experience on antibody drug discovery. Leading 3 or more antibody campaigns or 10 year experience with in-depth knowledge on various discovery platforms.
In vitro assay development knowledge a plus.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structure
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $200,000
