Director, Provider Network Management

Oversee the management and development of Cigna's provider network to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our members.
Develop and implement strategies to continuously expand and enhance our network of healthcare providers.
Monitor and analyze provider performance and utilization data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize network performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate contracts and rates with providers to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
Lead and mentor a team of provider network managers, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to improve member satisfaction and retention through provider network management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, fostering effective communication and a collaborative partnership.
Track and report on key performance metrics related to provider network management, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to promote our provider network and build new relationships.
