What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for omni retail programs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Walmart & Sam's Club teams
- Set and achieve sales and profitability plans to grow Meyer's presence
- Provide internal teams with business overviews, best practices, and strategies
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager in the Mass or Club sector
- Housewares industry experience required; cookware and bakeware category experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
