What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead customer contact for Costco, focusing on growing profit and volume for the brand
- Develop annual and quarterly plans to achieve key objectives with each region
- Analyze competitive data to formulate strategies for sales growth
- Deliver customer insights-based recommendations to drive product acceptance and distribution
- Engage with internal functional experts to facilitate customer opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of CPG sales/account management experience, specifically with Club channels and Costco
- Proven capability to build strong relationships with Club accounts and develop strategic growth visions
- Experience in broker management and analyzing syndicated data
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, market visits, and trade shows

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with trade marketing and sales planning
