Position Overview:
As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including product marketing, demand generation, and partner/channel marketing. You will be responsible for leading the marketing team, overseeing various marketing functions, and driving campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Ā Product Marketing: Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to communicate our value proposition effectively.
Ā Demand Generation: Manage and optimize MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) processes to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
Ā Partner & Channel Marketing: Build and nurture relationships with partners and channels to expand market... reach and drive collaborative growth.
Ā Direct Marketing: Execute direct marketing campaigns, including email, content, and social media, to engage prospects and customers.
Ā Campaign Management: Design and execute trip campaigns, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Ā Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective execution of marketing plans.
Ā Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to optimize results.
Requirements:
Ā Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record in product marketing, MQL management, and partner/channel marketing.
Ā Client Exposure: Demonstrated experience working with US or Europe-based clients or companies for at least 2 years.
Skills:
Ā Strong expertise in product marketing and direct marketing.
Ā Experience in managing and executing trip campaigns and webinars.
Ā Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams.
Ā Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to partially overlap with EST time (approx. half a day) to collaborate with international teams and clients.
