Director of Operations – Amazon Private Label Brooklyn NY -(Hybrid or semi Remote for the right candidate) 150k + Bonus structure Position Overview A growing e-commerce company is seeking a Director of Operations to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of its Amazon private label business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for keeping the business running efficiently while actively identifying and executing opportunities for growth. The Director of Operations will oversee all areas that drive the success of the Amazon channel — including product performance, pricing, content, and operational execution — by leading the team responsible for carrying out these functions. This role requires someone who understands how to manage and scale a private label business across multiple product categories. The Ideal Candidate You have experience leading Amazon private label operations and have worked across a variety of product types. You're comfortable taking ownership, improving systems, and aligning teams to deliver results. You know what drives performance on Amazon and can lead strategy while building and overseeing the team that executes.
