About the position

The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity while providing a high level of customer service. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various LMS functionalities and assist in the rollout of the system to new properties.

Responsibilities
β€’ Support administration of the company’s LMS in daily operations and long-term goals
,
β€’ Troubleshoot user and course issues on LMS
,
β€’ Participate in all quality assurance tests of new courseware and LMS functionalities
,
β€’ Participate in LMS update training and help communicate changes
,
β€’ Help in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and process documents
,
β€’ Assist in the rollout of the LMS to new properties
,
β€’ Provide reports on LMS usage, user usage and other key performance indicators
,
β€’ Help maintain online learning matrix and user list
,
β€’ Add support to all product rollouts, including facilitation
,
β€’ May assist in the configuration of the LMS system based on Online Learning Matrix specifications
,
β€’ Maintain data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements
β€’ Three years of experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar position
,
β€’ Associates degree or higher preferred
,
β€’ Strong customer service skills with a sense of urgency and quick responsiveness
,
β€’ Technical skills including troubleshooting and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems
,
β€’ SCORM/Tin-Can knowledge required
,
β€’ Proficient in MS Office Suite; Excel formulas such as V-lookup and pivot tables
,
β€’ Demonstrated expertise and proficiency with LMS/CMS systems
,
β€’ Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
,
β€’ Problem-solving skills and ability to make good decisions based on analysis and judgment
,
β€’ Ability to be a team player and work with minimal supervision
,
β€’ Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing

Nice-to-haves
β€’ Knowledge of eLearning authoring software
,
β€’ Multiple language abilities
