Director of Design

You will report to our CTO, who is responsible for all of product development functions, including product, design, data, and engineering.You will work closely with leaders from different functions, including product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success. You will have full context and responsibility for the design function. You will work closely with our CTO and CEO / founder. You will: Build and be responsible for a combined design and UX research teamBe responsible for service design, UX research, product design, and own product experience across all customer segments.
