Responsibilities
Establish and expand trust-based relationships with care delivery region leaders through proactive engagement and expert strategic counsel.

Assess opportunities to foster connectivity and ensure alignment with OH business priorities and enterprise interests.

Provide strategic counsel to individual care delivery organizations to advance local communications and reputation priorities.

Engage in priority issues and assist in the tactical execution of strategic initiatives with an emphasis on deliverables, timelines, metrics, and budgets.

Partner across the communications organization to optimize existing channels and explore new technologies for internal audience engagement.

Develop and execute an engagement strategy that amplifies the positive impact of OH in improving access to quality care.

Manage issues and crisis communications at the local level, collaborating with partners to respond effectively.

Write and develop content tailored to specific audience requirements, adapting style and tone as needed.

Enforce quality standards for all written materials and messaging generated by the team.

Analyze data from communications campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.

Lead communications professionals in delivering strategic priorities that deepen employee connection to the business.

Requirements
