Director of Church Planting

Job Description: • To lead the US church planting team to catalyze planting US churches. • Oversee the development, use, and integration of the Acts 29 Church Planting Pipeline in support of planting churches in the US. • Lead Acts 29 to have the best church planting pipeline in the world. • Meet or exceed agreed upon annual goals associated with the pipeline. • Lead US church planting team staff members in accordance with Acts 29’s cultural values, processes, standards, and systems. • Be responsible for all aspects of the US church planting budget. • Work regularly with US regions, global church planting division, Acts 29 churches, hub churches, and other Acts 29 teams to ensure planters are taking next steps in the pipeline so churches are planted. Requirements: • Passionate about Acts 29’s gospel-centered mission. • Understands cross-cultural ministry and works collaboratively. • Acknowledges that Acts 29 is a religious 501(c)(3) that requires the employee to agree to abide by and embody Acts 29’s Statement of Faith and religious beliefs. • Strong communicator and team player. • Open to growth and dedicated to improving standards of excellence. • Represents Acts 29 with integrity and humility. • Is professional in behavior, attitude, and dress. • Supports and implements Acts 29’s Strategic Plan. • Overnight travel required at times.
