Director - Legal

Role Description The Director of Legal reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company, including commercial contracting, corporate governance, and the integration of legal processes in acquisitions. The Director of Legal will lead the legal team to ensure the company's operations comply with law and company policies, streamline contract management processes, and provide strategic legal guidance to the executive team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is adept in managing complex legal matters, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of high performance and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities • Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of complex commercial contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, and partnership deals, ensuring they align with business objectives and minimize risk. • Establish and enforce the company's global legal policies and internal controls, ensuring compliance with local and international laws. • Lead the legal integration of acquired entities, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, legal compliance, and seamless transition of contracts and IP assets.
