Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning and budgeting for assigned divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate financial guidelines and policies
Partner with division leaders to identify profit and operational improvement initiatives, driving business growth and profitability
Provide monthly financial performance reports and coordinate with division leaders and Corporate Finance on cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives
Lead the development of annual operating, capital, and headcount budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation
Mentor and coach finance team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
Requirements:
7+ years of finance or related leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CPA) preferred
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial and accounting concepts to non-financial audiences
