**Key Objectives & Responsibilities**
As our Director, Data Science, US Retail Markets Customer Service, you will lead transformative data science initiatives that significantly improve customer experience and deliver superior business results. Your key objectives and responsibilities will include:
* **Lead transformative data science initiatives**: Develop and implement innovative data science solutions that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

* **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with process, experience, technology, and analytics teams to understand customer needs and business challenges, designing data-driven solutions that offer a competitive edge.
* **Guide a team of talented data scientists and analysts**: Develop, deploy, and refine ML and data science models (GBM, LLM) that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* **Mentor and develop your team**: Set ambitious goals, encourage diverse perspectives, and support professional growth and development to create a high-performing team.
* **Partner with process, experience, technology, and analytics teams**: Drive a more responsive, caring, and efficient service organization by leveraging data science capabilities.
