What You Will Be Doing
• Strengthen and expand existing partner relationships by applying AI-enhanced communication analysis to tailor interactions, predict partner requirements, and build enduring collaboration.
• Source and formalize strategic partnerships that align with organizational priorities through AI-powered market research, analytics-driven partner selection, and automated outreach systems.
• Monitor and evaluate partner outcomes with AI-driven performance dashboards and automated reporting mechanisms to deliver leadership real-time visibility and forward-looking trend forecasting.

Director Channel Sales Key Responsibilities
• Drive strategic partnership expansion, resulting in accelerated market entry, improved partner retention rates, and elevated revenue performance.

Basic Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or higher)
• Minimum 7 years of cumulative sales experience
• Proven background in B2B software sales
• Demonstrated experience designing or deploying AI-assisted workflows within a sales context

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
