Digital Special Education Teacher - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities...
Create Engaging Lessons: Design and deliver personalized online lessons tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
Implement and Monitor IEPs: Develop and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress and adjusting as necessary.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with general education teachers and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Assess and Collect Data: Conduct online assessments and gather data to inform instruction and support student development.
Maintain Communication: Regularly update parents on their child's progress and actively participate in virtual IEP meetings.
Develop Digital Resources: Create and modify digital resources to support students with special needs effectively.
Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest best practices in online special education to continuously improve your teaching approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
Valid teaching credential with a special education endorsement.
At least 2 years of experience in special education.
Knowledge of various learning disabilities and intervention strategies.
Strong technology skills and the ability to adapt to new digital tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to inspire and engage students in a virtual learning environment.
