Digital Product Manager

At American Express, we’re looking for an innovative, passionate Digital Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our digital products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving product strategy and execution for our digital product portfolio, working collaboratively with teams across the organization.The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, a passion for digital products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a creative problem solver with a track record of managing successful product launches. Responsibilities: Develop and implement product strategy for the digital product portfolio. Manage product launches and ensure successful product adoption. Lead product development and design activities to ensure products are created to meet customer needs. Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify areas of product improvement. Collaborate with teams across the organization to drive product initiatives. Manage the product roadmap and product life cycle. Develop and track product performance metrics. Ensure products are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Create product documentation and training materials. Stay abreast of new technologies and digital product innovations.
