Position Overview:
Airway Management is seeking an experienced Digital Media Consultant to support the continued growth of our TAP Sleep Care brand. This role is responsible for recommending, optimizing, and executing paid digital media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales performance. The ideal consultant brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution experience across digital channels.
TAP Sleep Care will provide approved digital content; the consultant will focus on paid media strategy, deployment, optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and recommend comprehensive paid digital media strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
• Plan, execute, and manage digital media campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., paid search, social, display, email, and other digital channels as appropriate)
• Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and sales performance
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective use of provided content
• Stay current on digital media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve results
• Manage budgets efficiently and maximize return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as a digital media consultant or similar role in a B2B channel
• Demonstrated success in paid digital media strategy, optimization, and execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Experience working with healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Compensation:
• Compensation commensurate with experience and sales results
• Performance-based considerations tied to measurable outcomes
