**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
* Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and building brand loyalty
* Collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless support and ensure a smooth client experience

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium client environment
