Digital Marketing/PPC Specialist
We are a dynamic, growing, full-service advertising agency in Tampa Bay with a hybrid remote/office work structure (fully remote is also an option!).
The Digital Marketing/PPC Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation and management of digital strategies for client brands. This individual requires solid background in paid digital marketing, including Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations to clients.
Candidates MUST have the following skills, including but not limited to:
• A Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, etc.
• Google Tag Manager experience
• Intermediate use of Google Analytics
• Call Tracking experience
• Experience implementing and managing paid search campaigns
• Experience with TikTok marketing and content marketing, a plus
• Basic SEO best practices, a plus
• Ability to work within deadlines and multi-task and prioritize projects
• Detail-oriented; time management skills; self-motivated; problem-solver
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Basic level of programming knowledge, a plus
• Experience using data visualization tools, a plus
• Advertising agency experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Make recommendations for digital media channels based on client objectives; including but not limited to paid search, display, social, and video to achieve client objectives
• Conduct keyword research, trend analysis, quality score management, competitive metrics tracking, ad copy creation, bidding, and content optimization
• Maintain and monitor important account metrics including but not limited to: keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, negative keywords, audience targeting
• Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients including, generating reports, calculating, and measuring Key Performance Indicators and providing actionable performance insights sometimes upon request
• Clear communicator with digital team, bring any issues/concerns to account team’s attention before they become problems and be open to troubleshooting solutions
• Stay apprised of industry trends and best practices across all paid media platforms
