Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support to members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Help customers resolve technical issues related to their healthcare services or products. Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, such as benefits, eligibility, appeals, and grievances. Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs, maintaining a strong customer focus. Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and welcoming. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. A verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related industry. Knowledge of healthcare services, products, and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
