Job Description: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels Assist in creating and managing campaign assets aligned with messaging and brand standards Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders Help define campaign objectives, audiences, and messaging with guidance from leadership Execute lead generation initiatives across email, social, webinars, and events Support paid advertising and retargeting efforts Assist with lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on KPIs Participate in A/B testing and optimization efforts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in marketing or campaign-related roles Strong organizational and project coordination skills Good communication and collaboration abilities Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms Understanding of digital channels (email, social, paid media) Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making Why Join Quadient Collaborative and innovative work environment Opportunity to grow within a global organization Exposure to end-to-end campaign strategy and execution Competitive compensation and benefits Additional Information: Candidates must be based in Canada (ET time zone preferred) This role may follow a hybrid or remote working model depending on location This posting is for an existing vacancy.
