A rapidly growing Ecommerce retailer in the home design space is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist.This position is hybrid with 2 days onsite in NYC and 3 days work from home.

Digital Marketing Specialist Perks:

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience (agency or brand).
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Proficient in strategy and execution of digital marketing.
- Self-starter and proactive when managing projects.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and refine paid digital advertising efforts across key platforms, ensuring strong performance and ROI.
- Create and update performance reports on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis through dashboards and presentation decks.
- Monitor campaign results, interpret key metrics, and turn data into strategic recommendations.
- Identify areas of underperformance or inefficiency, offering thoughtful solutions to enhance results.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technology to improve campaign execution and process efficiency.
