Digital Marketing Specialist

About the position

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated digital strategies aligned with business goals and brand standards.
• Manage content creation, campaign planning, and performance analysis across key digital channels.
• Work closely with external agencies, corporate Brand Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure brand and messaging consistency and alignment.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
• Align campaigns with key initiatives, product launches, and event calendars.
• Monitor KPIs, report on ROI, and continuously refine strategies based on performance data.
• Design and execute email campaigns and nurture journeys based on audience segmentation.
• Manage campaign calendars, content development, and automated workflows.
• Track performance and use data insights to optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
• Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Automation Lead to ensure optimal use of the marketing automation platform.
• Partner with SEO agency to improve website visibility and performance.
• Optimize landing pages and web content for user experience and search.
• Monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to drive ongoing improvements.

Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience executing B2B paid social media campaigns (agriculture, industrial, or tech sectors a plus).
• 5+ years of experience with email marketing platforms and automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Proven success managing digital campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Deep understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals and performance analytics.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as project management (Monday.com, Asana), social media management (Sprout Social, Hootsuite), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and work in a global environment.
