What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Verify, respond to, and dispatch on emergency signals
? Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
? Process basic data changes to customer accounts
? Keep abreast of company and central station policies
? Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
? Must be licensed to work in all States mandating requirements
? Ability to work weekend, holiday, and shift work, including mandatory overtime
? Proficiency with personal computer, keyboard, fax machine, copy machine, and telephone
? Excellent communication and listening skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 1-3 months of related experience or related training/certification preferred
