Digital Marketing Coordinator
G&S Business Communications is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support their digital team in executing marketing strategies across various platforms. The role involves assisting in content development, campaign execution, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns align with client goals. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and content marketing channels Create, schedule, and deploy content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and client objectives Support the management of social media calendars and monitor channels for engagement opportunities Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, supporting community growth Assist in building and deploying email campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and QA Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms as needed Track and compile campaign performance metrics and assist in developing client reports and dashboards Monitor campaign performance and flag insights, trends, and optimization opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account, creative, and web to support campaign execution Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing notes and action items Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including emerging AI applications Skills 0â2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field (including internships) Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web, paid media) Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment Exposure to marketing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Sprout, or similar platforms preferred Familiarity with emerging AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude and related tools) and how they can be used to enhance research, content creation and workflow efficiency Working knowledge or interest in AI-assisted marketing tools and applications Company Overview We are G&S Business Communications, a G&S Agency.
