Digital Customer Support Specialist
The Digital Customer Support Specialist provides comprehensive client support by conducting detailed travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. Primary Responsibilities

ā¢ Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

ā¢ Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries in a timely manner
