The role involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, configuring Workday modules, managing integrations, conducting testing, and providing training and support during the implementation phases.ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday configurationsConfiguration : Perform hands-on configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Absence, Time Tracking, and many more!Integration : Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systemsTesting : Conduct unit and system testing to ensure solutions meet client specificationsTraining and Support : Provide training to client teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phasesBest Practices : Advise clients on Workday best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processesSkillsMust either be actively or previously Workday certified within any Workday moduleMinimum of 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experienceStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and manage their expectationsAbility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needsCompany OverviewThe Planet Group is a global advisory and staffing firm operating at the intersection of talent and transformation.
