The Role Turn data into game-changing insights that drive player engagement and boost conversions across our social casino experiences. What you will be doing • Guide CRO and product teams with data-driven insights to support critical decision-making • Design and execute A/B tests that unlock opportunities for improved player acquisition, engagement, and retention • Partner with analytics developers to ensure bulletproof data collection, tracking implementation, and swift issue resolution • Build and maintain dashboards and alerting systems for real-time monitoring of conversion metrics • Dive deep into user behavior patterns to identify UX enhancements and product adoption opportunities • Uncover customer preferences and market trends that inform our product strategy What we are looking for • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail • Solid SQL skills for database querying and data manipulation • Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools • Practical knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms, tracking mechanisms, and data layers • Proactive mindset with critical thinking skills and high reliability Why you will love it You'll be at the heart of product innovation, where your insights directly shape experiences for millions of players worldwide.
