As a remote data entry professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our logistics and transportation teams in making data-driven decisions. **Job Summary** As a Sr. Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting last-mile delivery optimization and transportation capacity quantification. Your goal will be to adjust transportation capacity to meet advanced transportation to-home interest plans and drive operational excellence through precise package volume projections. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, network planning, and S&OP teams, as well as transportation partners and other HQ and field teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Support last-mile delivery optimization and transportation capacity quantification * Adjust transportation capacity to meet advanced transportation to-home interest plans * Drive operational excellence through precise package volume projections * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, network planning, and S&OP teams * Work with transportation partners and other HQ and field teams * Develop and maintain complex data models and reports * Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions * Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes * Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year degree or equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field * Mastery in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools in a large-scale, complex business environment * Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop and Hive * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Innovative approach to critical thinking * Experience in forecasting and presenting data insights * Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results * Ability to define objectives or results and track and communicate progress * Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision from a manager or other leader * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics or transportation * Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure * Certification in data analysis or a related field **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote data entry professional at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from home or a remote location of your choice.
