About the position
As a Digital Advice Analyst in Principal Advised Services, you will provide service solutions to foster long-term relationships with both internal and external customers. This role involves assisting in the development of operations within the direct-to-consumer market space, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping standard processes.
Responsibilities
⢠Research and resolve complex situations, becoming a subject matter authority on products, services, and systems.

⢠Coordinate special projects to achieve overall strategic vision and objectives.
,
⢠Resolve complex problems and issues, recommending and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies, processes, and procedures to increase efficiencies.
,
⢠Act as an advisor and subject matter expert on products, services, and systems, supporting team members by monitoring workflow and job assignments.
,
⢠Provide ongoing review of current processing procedures, forms, and system functionality to ensure regulatory guidelines and transfer agent responsibilities are met.
,
⢠Demonstrate a thorough understanding of RIA goals, objectives, processes, and procedures to assist with relationship management internally and externally.
,
⢠Display sound decision-making skills that align with regulatory guidelines, requiring analysis of such guidelines and financial impacts.

⢠Plan, organize, and lead day-to-day operations to meet organizational goals and regulatory standards, multitasking various accountabilities.

⢠Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
,
⢠3+ years related experience in the financial services industry.
,
⢠FINRA Series 65 or 66 preferred.
,
⢠Knowledge of digital advice platforms and investment products is a plus.
,
⢠Broad knowledge of business unit practices, systems, and processes.
,
⢠Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work optimally, and adapt to change.
,
⢠Experience working with internal and external customers (clients, internal/external business partners).
,
⢠Effective verbal and written communication skills.
,
⢠Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and analyze data.
,
⢠Confidentiality, professionalism, and business ethics required.

⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (SalesForce highly preferred).
