About the Role: The DevOps Engineer will build, optimize, and migrate CI/CD pipelines to support the refactoring and migration of applications to AWS. This role is responsible for pipeline automation, enabling secure and consistent deployments, and supporting the movement from TeamCity/Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions. What You Will Be Doing: Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across Dev, Test, QA, Beta, and Production environments. Migrating existing pipelines from TeamCity and Azure DevOps into GitHub Actions. Assisting with repository migrations and establishing GitHub workflows. Automating application deployments using IaC templates and standardized patterns. Integrating security controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance requirements into pipelines. Collaborating with engineers and architects to validate templates and deployment frameworks. Contributing to the creation of a repeatable migration process and platform engineering standards. Supporting containerized and server-based application deployment strategies. What We Want To See: 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in cloud-centric environments. Strong proficiency with GitHub Actions and familiarity with TeamCity and Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with IaC, containerization, and automated deployment workflows. Solid understanding of cloud security, secrets management, and pipeline governance. Ability to collaborate in sprint-based delivery models and support rapid iteration. Technologies Used in This Role: GitHub & GitHub Actions Azure DevOps, TeamCity (for pipeline migration) AWS DevOps toolchain (CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store) AWS CDK or CloudFormation Docker Bonus Points For: Experience developing DevOps security standards and best practices.
