Operations Training Coordinator
We’re looking for an Operations Training Coordinator to provide administrative support, handle customer interactions, and coordinate training — all in a casual, fully remote setting.
This is a task-based, on-demand part-time role. You’ll need to be available weekdays starting at 1:00 PM ET, with occasional work until ~7:00 PM ET as needed.
On a typical day, you can expect several tasks spread across the afternoon (between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM ET), though they usually won’t add up to a full 4 hours. After 5:00 PM, tasks are generally minimal — often just 30 minutes to 1 hour total in the evening.
You get paid for all actual time worked, including periodic check-ins to monitor for new tasks. When there are no active tasks, you’re free to do whatever you want between check-ins. This gives you strong flexibility while still ensuring coverage.
It’s a great fit for someone seeking a stable, long-term part-time role with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones professionally, respond to customer orders/inquiries, and provide excellent service (including de-escalating concerns)
• Manage team resources like rosters, reference materials, and tools
• Coordinate training materials, reconciliations, sessions, and onboarding support
• Handle evolving administrative tasks during coverage periods
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to start and be responsive weekdays at 1:00 PM ET (core coverage window; consistent commitment needed)
• US residency and authorization to work in the US
• 18+ years old
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet professional workspace, and distraction-free setup during work periods
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication (professional phone/email, personable demeanor)
• Customer service experience with phone handling and de-escalation
• High attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, listening, and follow-through
• Adaptability to changing priorities and productive stress management
Preferred:
• Training coordination or management experience
