We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project CCaaS.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments
Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager
Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability and scalability
Implement DevOps best practices including version control, branching strategies, and release management
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery
Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
Ensure security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and deployment issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts)
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform or ARM templates
Strong understanding of cloud services in Microsoft Azure
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of version control systems like Git
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights

Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400 DevOps Engineer Expert)
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
