Rho offers corporate cards, banking, treasury, expense management, AP, accounting automation, and more in one integrated platform backed by award-winning support.About the RoleOur team is looking for a DevOps Engineer/ Site Reliability Engineer to join our core platform team in Belgrade to help build & scale Rho’s all-in-one finance platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud platform.Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane.Implement GitOps practices to streamline software delivery processes using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.Monitor system performance and reliability through observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and implement proactive measures to ensure uptime.Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in production environments.Ensure security best practices are integrated into the DevOps pipeline through automation and tooling (e.g., Falco, Trivy).Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the DevOps framework.Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and respond to incidents effectively.QualificationsMandatory Qualifications3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles;Strong experience with KubernetesProficiency in at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure).Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or Crossplane.Ideal QualificationsCKA certification, GitOps experience, programming skills in Golang, Bash, Python, JavaScript, or Java.Observability: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack; SRE experience in high-performing teams.Stretch QualificationsExperience as a database administrator with Postgres; SQL query optimization skills.Operational experience managing Kafka systems.Generic SkillsStrong debugging skills and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of systems networking principles.Proficiency in Linux operating systems.What we offerOur people are our most valuable asset.
