The Development Officer/Fundraising provides the right opportunity for a creative and ambitious person seeking to support the growth and development of Clinic services providing health care to an underserved population in need. This calls for innovation, community contacts and networking while working with a dedicated and diverse team of employees and board of directors.

This position requires development of the fundraising aspects of the operation and partnering with grant-writing efforts to provide financial support for a broad range of health care services. The position seeks a person who is innovative, enthusiastic and committed to the greater good.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

?Bachelor's Degree and five years work experience in fundraising and donor development

?Grant writing/reporting/management

?Event planning experience

?Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

?Detail oriented with strong organizational stills

?Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

?Work effectively as a team member with employees and board members, as well as independently

?Proficiency with social media, electronic applications relevant to fundraising

?Knowledge of public relations and marketing to support organizational development

?Solid understanding of privacy laws related to HIPAA and the health care environment

?Excellent time management skills

?Project management experience desirable

This position is 24 hours per week.

Depending on experience a bi-weekly salary range $1,632.00 ? $1,824.00.
