Description:ou will be the Detail Part and Assembly Inspector for the Missile and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical parts and assemblies that support our manufacturing programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Detail Part and Assembly Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspections on a wide range of mechanical parts and installations, ensuring they meet our quality standards. You will play a critical role in supporting our prototype, production development, and production programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Performing inspections on completed systems, assemblies, tools, and detail parts
-Utilizing various inspection techniques, equipment, and instruments, such as visual and layout methods
-Operating conventional measurement devices to verify part accuracy and quality
-Inspecting prototypes, training devices, and other manufactured items to ensure compliance with specifications

Basic Qualifications:
-Working knowledge of machine parts, tooling section or mechanical assembly inspection
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to work on a team
-High school degree or equivalent
-Must be able to:
- Read and interpret Engineering drawings
- Use precision measurement equipment
- Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
Desired Skills:
-Mechanical inspection experience
-CMM experience
-Penetrant inspection experience

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
