Key Responsibilities
Ā Accurately input data into our system, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines.
Ā Conduct first-line audits to identify and resolve duplicate or excessive charges, contributing to cost savings for our clients.
Ā Collaborate with service providers to address and rectify invoice discrepancies.
Ā Work closely with Customer Service Managers to identify and report cost-saving opportunities.
Ā Meet or exceed weekly data entry targets and participate in special projects as needed.
Ā Maintain clear communication with the team and handle other assigned duties.
Who We're Looking For
Ā Exceptional keyboarding skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Ā Basic customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ā Strong organizational skills with a good understanding of Excel and Word; experience with Salesforce and knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is a plus.
Ā An associate's degree is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ā Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours and perform repetitive motions with hands and fingers.
Ā Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment
Ā Primarily remote, with communication and collaboration occurring electronically. Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings in the Toledo area may be required.
