Responsibilities
• Enter customer and account information from diverse sources into our database.
• Identify and correct errors using quality control methods.
• Review data for discrepancies and seek additional information for incomplete documents.
• Notify team leads regarding issues with data entry or system acceptance.
• Maintain a daily production log to document time and work accurately.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in data entry is preferred.
• Excellent skills in alpha and number recognition.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, achieving a keystroke rate of 10,000 per hour (45-50 wpm).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision.
